Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at support@notbasic.xyz.

Refund Policy
If you receive a book that is damaged or not as described, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos to expedite the process.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the book securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship it back to the address provided by our team.

Refund Timeline
